The YLW series biomass-fired thermal oil boiler is a forced-circulation chain grate boiler. As a new type of heating equipment, it uses biomass—an environmentally friendly energy source—as fuel and thermal oil as the heat transfer medium. Composed of an upper boiler body and a lower chain grate, the boiler features a radiant heating surface in the front combustion chamber, a heating surface consisting of serpentine tube bundles in the middle, and a convection surface at the rear.

During operation, it enables precise temperature regulation based on actual requirements. The boiler is equipped with a comprehensive operational control system and safety monitoring devices, ensuring simple and convenient operation. Compared with coal-fired boilers, it reduces operating costs by 5%–10%.
