The DZH-type traveling grate biomass-fired boiler is a single-drum longitudinal boiler developed in response to environmental protection policies. It utilizes biomass pellets processed from agricultural wastes such as straw, sawdust, and peanut shells. The sulfide emission in flue gas is significantly lower than that of coal-fired boilers, complying with strict environmental standards.
This boiler features a horizontal four-pass fire-tube and water-tube design. With a new furnace arch design, it maximizes fuel combustion efficiency, reaching thermal efficiency up to 83%.
Generates high-quality steam or hot water for industrial production, commercial heating, and civil use with adjustable pressure and temperature.
Equipped with dedicated grates to burn biomass fuel and coal simultaneously or individually, ensuring energy security.
Includes automatic water level control, overpressure alarms, and flameout protection for safe, semi-automatic or fully automatic operation.
Horizontal longitudinal structure saves floor space, making it ideal for factories with limited area.
