What should I do if nozzles spray abnormally or won't stop?
This is often caused by foreign objects inside the nozzle. Simply clean the foreign objects inside the nozzle to restore normal operation.
Why is the water spray pressure relatively low after startup?
Check if the filter screen is clogged or if there is a blockage in the pipeline. Regularly cleaning the filter and inspecting the pipeline will solve this issue.
What if the pump cannot stop and pressure won't reach the set level?
This usually indicates the water level in the storage tank is too low or the pump chamber is filled with air. Please manage water sources and discharge the air from the pump as per the manual.
The spray starts even though the set temperature hasn't been reached. Why?
The temperature might not be calibrated, or the sensing probe is damaged. Refer to the manual for calibration or contact the manufacturer for a replacement probe.
What causes the solenoid valve to fail to open?
The most common reasons are a damaged transformer in the control box (check for AC 24V output) or a damaged solenoid valve/head. Contact the manufacturer for specific component replacement.
How can I avoid wasting water during milking periods?
Our system allows you to set up to 4 specific pause time periods. During these times, the spray will not activate, preventing water waste while cows are away.
