Process Flow Description
Light diesel oil is transported to the burner via an oil pipeline. The automated ignition system gradually increases furnace temperature. Once it reaches the desired level, the waste conveying system activates, feeding crushed waste particles into the combustion chamber using a high-pressure fan. Adhering to the 3T principle (temperature, time, turbulence), waste undergoes oxidation, pyrolysis, and combustion. Subsequent tail gas is re-burned and subjected to high-temperature oxidation in the secondary chamber. This chamber, featuring a multi-hull design and three gravity dust collectors, captures most dust. Flue gas is directed into a waste heat boiler, cooling and recycling it into steam for factory operations, while reclaiming valuable metal oxides. Further cooling occurs via an air heat exchanger, with cooled flue gas entering a dust collector to remove fine particles and reclaim metal oxides. A spray system enhances dust removal before the standard gas is safely released into the atmosphere through the chimney. Precious metal oxides in ash are extracted and sent to a landfill. Liquid interfaces are reserved to allow combustible waste liquid to be sprayed into the furnace.
