For standard machines, within 60-75 days upon receive deposit; for customized machines, the time depends on complexity of the machine.
What is the Payment term?
T/T or L/C at sight. 40% Deposit to start production, and the balance before shipment when goods are ready.
During shipping, if there is a damage to products, how do you get replacement?
Our shipping agency ensures the safety of the goods. If damage occurs, they are responsible. For minor issues, we will assist with compensation or replacement of damaged parts.
